Was great and fast excellent service

Fast and easy. The rep was very friendly and was able to easily answer questions I had about the system.

I've had my system since 2023, and 2 years later, the salt holder began causing some issues. I contacted the company to set up a service appointment. It took some time (2days) to get a hold of their contractor, but I was able to set up an appointment. When the day of the appointment came, the contractor never showed up. I called again to notify Nuvia of this. They had again had trouble getting a hold of the contractor, whose name was Sergio. Sergio finally called me back four and a half hours after my appointment. Surprisingly, after discussing the issues and why, I'm now agitated. Sergio begins lying to me about not getting my information till the day of the appointment. How I knew he was lying was when I set this appointment up, I spoke with a supervisor named Esther, who was very accommodating and attentive to the situation, gave the whole play-by-play about how the entire conversation went, and how he agreed to the times that I said I was available. As a company, Nuvia, you have systems all across this country, and for you to have issues like this simply to service your systems immediately makes me regret ever going with you and will go out of my way to make sure if anyone ever ask me or is interested in a system like this I'll strongly advise to go with another company that can make sure they take care of a paying customers.

The gentleman that came and did the service was professional and friendly. He did a great job and I was impressed with the whole service experience.

The maintenance call was completed quickly and efficiently. I now notice better water volume, so I assume the new filters were needed. The technician was skillful and very friendly.

I had been using The Nuvia filter system and RO for drinking for last 4years. I call the customer care for yearly maintenance and filter change. Though the visits are expensive(service + parts), the system works fine. No issues even during storm and freeze. Works perfect. The problem starts with after sales customer service. Recently, i started seeing a leak in the outdoor unit and contacted the customer service number from their website. Every time i called(more than 10 times through out the day), the line goes to automated voice mail. I sent note online, got an email suggesting the bypass. I asked to fix the issue and since last week, no response for email, calls(all time voice mail) with no return calls. Frustrating. I will not refer Nuvia for anyone who is willing to pay premium price and expects prompt customer service. Such a bad experience. They want customers just to pay money and keep quite(no questions asked).

I had a great experience with Richard from Nuvia Water. From the very beginning, he showed that he truly cares about providing great service and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. He was always attentive, patient with my questions, and took the time to help me find the best option. You can tell he genuinely values the customer’s experience, not just the sale. The only thing I didn't care for was the price of the service call. $180 for him to tell me my system was regenerating was ridiculous. The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly and the service took about 10min.

Worst experience in my life Miguel the representative is a lier and his boss too them to pushing you to get the system because the offer is temporary and also arrive late in the appointment and no answer at all when you need something plus Miguel didn’t mention that you need to pay for extra service the filters and pay extra for maintenance for me 0 stars.

Service is pricy so that i run out of water after 10 cups a day

My Nuvia system was the first thing I did when I built my home. I don't have any hard water scale. I get regular service from the best team (Darko then Javier). I did rigorous research first the best system, and Nuvia was it! They provide the cleanest, purest water. Update: I installed the system in 2016 and I have never had an issue with it (2025). I add salts every several months and I get an annual service to change the carbon filters.
